What do you do?
We provide the detailed cleaning that is needed after the construction work is completed and all construction debris has been removed. This is the final step prior to turning the building over to the owner. NOTE: Construction clean-up is divided into two categories: rough clean-up and final clean. ServiceMaster Clean of Aurora and Newmarket focuses on the final clean. Rough clean-up is the removal of construction debris and is often done by the contractor. ServiceMaster Clean of Aurora and Newmarket does not do rough clean-up.
Can I use off the shelf cleaning products on my floors?
Floors with urethane finish are easy to clean, and we recommend a neutral cleansing agent. ServiceMaster Clean of Aurora and Newmarket can provide more information on a suitable product.
What are your rates?
All jobs are priced according to task, whether it is daily office cleaning, commercial facility cleaning services, regular carpet cleaning or a one-off heavy duty clean. We then consider variations such as equipment and materials used, employee density, traffic density, etc. in calculating the final cost.
