Richard Ainsworth - CEO and Owner - Opened the ServiceMaster Clean of Durham and Scarborough franchise over 20 years ago and recently purchased ServiceMaster Clean of Aurora and Newmarket
Scott Ainsworth – Sales Manager with the ServiceMaster Clean team and brings over 10 years of Sales experience
Shannon Beaune - Office Administration - with ServiceMaster Clean of Durham and Scarborough for over 15 years
Leticia Dewes – Senior Operations Manager/ Head Supervisor - with ServiceMaster Clean of Durham and Scarborough for over 10 years
Alfredo Portillo - Senior Operations Manager for the Aurora and Newmarket area with over 12 years experience with ServiceMaster Clean
We also have four Quality Assurance Auditors that visit our customers and complete routine audits to ensure excellent service and results.
There are many supervisors specific to our larger facilities and we have an expert team of cleaners at all of our customer locations.
Over the years, Canada has made several contributions to ServiceMaster Clean operations internationally. A program initially known as Spotlight was launched in 1973 and is the father of modern carpet care maintenance methods. It consisted primarily of the concept of spot cleaning, complemented by less frequent deeper cleaning procedures.
Additionally, Canada pioneered the sale of franchises by service line. This concept promoted greater expertise and knowledge in each service line.
